1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Splendida Stay GbR, Fronackerstr. 26, 71332 Waiblingen, Germany, represented by Alexander Schweikert (hereinafter “the Provider”), and the guest (hereinafter “the Guest”).
By making a reservation, the Guest accepts these Terms.
2. Booking and Confirmation
A booking becomes binding when:
- written confirmation is issued, and
- payment has been completed.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices are in euros (€).
- Full payment must be made no later than 30 days before arrival.
- Payment is made via available methods (card, bank transfer, etc.).
4. Security Deposit
A deposit is required via credit card pre-authorization:
- Portugal: €400
- Stuttgart: €400
- Dénia: €600
Conditions:
- The amount is blocked before or at check-in.
- Released within 7 days after check-out.
- Deductions may apply for damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations.
- Air conditioning fair use: Normal use is included. Excessive usage may incur additional charges.
- If damages exceed the deposit, the Guest is liable for the difference.
5. Cancellation Policy
- Non-refundable rates: No cancellation or refund.
- Flexible rates: Conditions depend on the selected rate.
- No-show: 100% charged.
- Early departure: No refund.
6. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in:
- Dénia: from 4:00 PM
- Portugal & Stuttgart: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
7. Use of the Property
Guests agree to:
- respect occupancy limits
- avoid parties without permission
- respect neighbors
- not smoke unless allowed
- not bring pets without approval
8. Liability
- The Provider is not liable for personal belongings.
- The Guest is responsible for damages caused.
- No liability for external service interruptions.
9. Legal Registration
Guests must provide required data for legal registration.

10. Force Majeure
No liability for events beyond control.
11. Data Protection
Data is processed in accordance with GDPR. See Privacy Policy.
